Is there a better time of the year to get the work done? There is not a specific time of the year to get the work done that is better than others. We tell our customers that normally we clean the areas that they do not want to from April to November, but sometimes we are able to work into the winter time dependent on the weather. However, we do meet with customers and give estimates throughout the entire year.
What are those black streaks on my roof? Those black streaks and stains aren’t just ugly, they are bacteria that is feeding on your shingles. Those organisms are eating away at your shingles, which is causing your roof to deteriorate prematurely. Removing the algae, mold, mildew, and bacteria build-up will improve the life of your roof. Replacing your roof can be costly, having it cleaned is a fraction of the cost and is worth it.
How often should I get my roof cleaned? Depending on where you are located normally every 3-5 years you should look to get your roof cleaned. Some of the factors that can determine how often you need your roof cleaned include but are not limited to:

Amount of trees overhanging your lot
How close you are to water (such as a lake/river)
How much the sun hits your roof among other factors

Is the cleaning solutions you use harmful? Our chemicals are 100% biodegradable. We will rinse the bushes down before and after the work is being completed and will take every precaution possible to minimize any damage to the surrounding vegetation. Small plants and/or flowers that are closely surrounding the areas being worked on might get disrupted, but nothing will be killed.
When having the work completed what should I do if I have pets? We tell our customers to keep their pets inside while the work is being completed and for 3 hours afterwards.
What should I do with my vehicle if it is parked near the house? If your vehicle is parked near the house we just ask that you put it on the street while the work is being completed.
Do I need to have a water supply on to the outside of my house? Yes, we ask that you keep your water supply on the outside of the house because we will need to access your water.
Do I need to be home when the work is being completed? You do not need to be home when the work is being completed. Often times, customers are not home when we are completing the work. We just ask that you have your windows shut and your water supply on to the outside when we are at your house.
For my commercial property can you guys come during the night or early in the morning? Yes, we can do that to avoid any type of inconvenience.
Are your workers trained or insured. Yes, they are fully trained and insured and we would be glad to send you a copy of our insurance at the time of the estimate.
Can we send you references of customers we have done work for in the past. Yes! We would be happy to send you references of the many happy customers we have had over the years.
How do I go about getting an estimate for my project? You can click on the CALL (262-844-1119) button at the top if you are on a mobile device or can fill out the request quote box and we will be happy to get back to you within 24hrs.
Do you guys have to come out to give me an estimate? Depending on the project. Sometimes we can give you a price over the phone or by email, it really depends on what the project consists of.
How long is my estimate good for? The estimate is good for one calendar year from when the estimate is made.
When do I have to pay for the work by? We ask that all payments be made within 30 days of the completion of the work unless otherwise discussed by the salesmen giving the estimate.
Do you guys offer any discounts?

We offer discounts/coupons in our various different advertisements that go out every month which offer different discounts depending on the size of the job.
We offer 7% back to customers who refer neighbors that move forward. Up to two customers back per household. The person who did the referencing will receive the money back.

Why would I even want to get the exterior of my house cleaned?

It can improve the curb appeal of your home
Some of the work we complete can be dangerous so it is best to leave it to a trained technician
Our services can prolong the life of the areas we clean so that you don’t have to worry about more expensive repair costs later on
